If you would like to be added to the next meeting agenda, please submit your request in writing to admin@hlwdonline.org with the following information:

• Name of person(s) presenting
• Topic(s) to be addressed
• Brief summary of presentation
• Presentation time estimate
• Any documents or presentation materials pertitent to your topic(s)

You must submit your request at least one week before the meeting date. The President will review all requests on a case-by-case basis and determine whether an item will be granted time on the agenda.
