Requesting Agenda Time
If you would like to be added to the next meeting agenda, please submit your request in writing to admin@hlwdonline.org with the following information:
- Name of person(s) presenting
- Topic(s) to be addressed
- Brief summary of presentation
- Presentation time estimate
- Any documents or presentation materials pertitent to your topic(s)
You must submit your request at least one week before the meeting date. The President will review all requests on a case-by-case basis and determine whether an item will be granted time on the agenda.
